KeyCrew LLC (“KeyCrew”, “we”, “us”) publishes a portfolio of websites, including but not limited to KeyCrew Journal at keycrew.co, Attainable Housing Digest, House and Hemisphere, KeyCrew Homes, NextAsset News, Property Innovation Journal, Real Estate Radar Florida and the KeyCrew Local sites (together, the “Sites”). These Terms of Use apply to all of the Sites. By using any Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
1. About KeyCrew
KeyCrew is a media company covering real estate, proptech and finance. We interview experts, publish articles across the Sites, license our content to publishers, data providers and AI companies, and produce content for paying clients through KeyCrew Content Studio.
We publish two kinds of content. Editorial content features experts chosen by our editors, at no cost to them. Paid content is produced for KeyCrew Content Studio clients and is labeled “KeyCrew Studio”. Commercial relationships do not influence our editorial content.
2. Using the Sites
You agree to use the Sites lawfully and in line with these Terms. You will not:
- interfere with, damage, overload or impair any Site, or anyone else’s use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Site or the systems behind it; or
- submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or company.
3. Interviews
If KeyCrew interviews you, Part 2 (Interview Sources) of our Privacy Policy also applies. It explains how interviews are recorded and used, and what you agree to as a source. Everything said in a KeyCrew interview is on the record.
4. Content Studio Clients and Other Agreements
If you are a KeyCrew Content Studio client, or you have another signed agreement or accepted terms with KeyCrew, that agreement governs our services to you and takes precedence over these Terms wherever the two differ.
5. Our Content
The content on the Sites, including articles, transcripts, images, graphics and logos, is owned by KeyCrew or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. KeyCrew’s names and logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission. You may read our content and share links to it. Republishing our content is governed by our Content Terms of Use at keycrew.co/content-terms/. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Accuracy and Corrections
Our content draws on interviews, public records, editorial research and AI-assisted tools. We work to get every fact right. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete or current. To report an error, email [email protected]. We correct errors as described in our Editorial Guidelines.
7. No Professional Advice
Content on the Sites is for general information only. It is not financial, legal, investment, tax, real estate or other professional advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before making any decision. KeyCrew is not your adviser, broker, attorney or fiduciary, and is not a real estate brokerage. The views expressed by people we interview are their own. KeyCrew does not recommend or endorse any person, company, product, service or investment mentioned on the Sites.
8. Links to Other Websites
The Sites may link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your use of the Sites is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyCrew and its officers, employees, editors, contributors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Sites or your reliance on their content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyCrew and its officers, employees, editors, contributors and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Sites, your breach of these Terms or information you submit to us.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use personal information. Both form part of these Terms.
13. Disputes
If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you through good-faith discussion. If it is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it will go to mediation before any lawsuit is filed. If mediation does not resolve it, the dispute will be decided in the courts described in Section 14.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the Effective Date at the top. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept it.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is no waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any signed agreement between you and KeyCrew, are the entire agreement between you and KeyCrew about your use of the Sites.
